There’s something I say to every client at some point in our work together:
“You don’t need to be fearless.
You just need to stop letting fear make your decisions.”
Because let’s be honest—fear isn’t going anywhere.
It’s a part of being human.
Fear will whisper:
- “What if you fail?”
- “What if they judge you?”
- “What if you’re not ready?”
But what I’ve learned—both in my life and in guiding others—is this:
The life you crave?
The love, the freedom, the purpose, the joy?
It’s all sitting just past that fear.
Fear Is Not the Enemy
Most of us were taught to either obey fear or fight it.
But fear doesn’t mean “stop.”
Fear means you’re leaving the familiar.
It means you’re about to grow.
It’s the trembling before transformation.
The shakiness before the leap.
Fear shows up when something matters.
My First Big Leap
I remember the first time I said yes to something that scared me deeply.
I had just come out of a painful chapter, and I was offered an opportunity to speak to a room full of people.
Everything in my body screamed, “Say no. Stay small. Play safe.”
But I knew in my heart—I couldn’t keep hiding.
I couldn’t keep waiting for the fear to go away.
So I said yes.
I trembled.
I spoke anyway.
And that moment changed my life.
What Fear Is Really Hiding
Behind your fear is usually something sacred:
Your truth.
Your next step.
Your voice.
Your desire.
Your becoming.
You don’t need to eliminate fear.
You just need to stop letting it drive the car.
Let your courage take the wheel—even if fear’s still sitting in the back seat.
The Practice of Choosing Bravery
In Week 10 of my program, when we talk about taking aligned action, I always remind my students:
Confidence doesn’t come first.
Action does.
Every time you act from your truth instead of your fear, you become more you.
Here’s a question I invite you to sit with:
🌀 “What would I do this week if I weren’t afraid?”
Then—do it scared.
On the Other Side of Fear…
Is the business you want to launch.
The conversation you need to have.
The version of you who’s free, powerful, and finally at peace.
You already have what it takes.
You’re already more ready than you think.
Take the leap.
The wings will meet you.

With fierce love,
Francesca
