A seven-week return, in a small group

You built a life everyone admires. Come back to the one you actually want.

Seven weeks, with a small group of women who are done performing "fine" — to help you remember what you actually want, and say it out loud.

The Problem

You're the reliable one. The leader, the parent, the entrepreneur — the person everyone else depends on. You've built a life that runs on control: perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-functioning to keep everything safe.

You're exhausted, but you can't switch off. Rest triggers guilt, because somewhere along the way, your worth got tied to your output.

You've stopped asking what you want — because you've been too busy meeting everyone else's expectations. And a quiet whisper keeps showing up: this can't be it. There has to be more. You keep quieting it, so you don't rock the boat.

Here's the paradox: the very habits that built your success are now the thing standing between you and a life that actually feels like yours.

The Promise

By the end of these 7 weeks, you'll feel regulated, clear, and self-trusting — with real, concrete shifts already in motion in your life.

Not because you added more to your plate. Because you finally stopped abandoning yourself.

This isn't information. It's a lived practice — the same path I walked first, now built into a method: Witness, Inner Work, Nurture, Gratitude, Soar.

That's what these seven weeks build toward. Not a better routine. A return.

What we do in the 7 weeks

01
Week 1 — Witness
We start by pausing the autopilot. You'll see clearly — without judgment — where you've been over-functioning, people-pleasing, or running on control. This is where "I've got you" replaces "I've got this."
02
Week 2 — Inner Work (Part 1): Feel
We turn toward what you've been avoiding. Grief, anger, fear — not as problems, but as messengers. You'll meet the parts of yourself you've been managing instead of listening to.
03
Week 3 — Inner Work (Part 2): Forgive & Clear
We clear what's been taking up space — old resentments, old stories, the "emotional hoarder house." This is where grace gets room to land.
04
Week 4 — Nurture
We rebuild the rituals that regulate your nervous system and bring you back into your body. Not more discipline — tiny, non-negotiable practices that make calm your baseline, not a reward.
05
Week 5 — Gratitude
We train your attention on purpose. Not positive thinking — a practiced shift that turns "what's missing" into "what's already here," so joy stops being incidental.
06
Week 6 — Soar (Design)
We design the next chapter. Not a five-year plan — a clear, honest answer to what do I actually want now, and why.
07
Week 7 — Soar (Embodiment) & Integration
You take the first aligned action — not someday, this week. We close by naming what's changed, what you're taking with you, and what your life asks of you next.

There are limited seats in this cohort — so you can actually be held, seen, and nurtured — maybe for the first time, without having to earn it.

If you're ready to stop performing fine, this is where it starts.
