Joy Is Not a Luxury—It’s Your Birthright

Let me ask you something that might feel simple… but is actually quite profound:

When was the last time you felt truly joyful?

Not just “fine.”
Not just “productive.”
But light, alive, radiant—with that quiet inner glow that says, I belong to this moment.

If it’s been a while, you’re not alone.

We live in a world that glorifies hustle, sacrifice, and doing more—while joy gets pushed to the very bottom of our to-do list.
But here’s the truth I’ve come to learn, and teach:

Joy isn’t a reward for when you’ve earned it.
Joy is your birthright.

Why We Forget Joy

Many of us were taught that joy is optional.
That it’s selfish. That we don’t have time for it. That it comes after the work is done.

But here’s the wild thing: joy isn’t what you get after you fix your life.
Joy is what helps you heal.

It softens you.
It reopens your heart.
It reminds you what you’re here for.

What Joy Taught Me

There was a time when I believed I had to earn every ounce of happiness.
I poured myself into being a good mom, partner, friend, coach… and still felt depleted. Resentful. Disconnected.

But when I began to listen to what brought me joy—even in small doses—I started to feel whole again.

Not because everything in my life was perfect,
but because I remembered who I was beneath it all.

Reclaiming Joy, One Moment at a Time

Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t need a whole new life to feel joy.

You just need a moment. A pause. A breath.

Joy can be…
🌸 Singing in the car with your windows down
☕ Sipping your favorite tea in silence
🩰 Dancing in your kitchen like no one’s watching
📖 Reading a passage that makes your soul say “yes”

These “small” things aren’t small at all.
They’re sacred. They’re healing. And they reconnect you to you.

What If You Made Joy a Priority?

In Week 7 of my coaching program, we dive deep into this exact theme—because when you prioritize joy, you change how you lead, love, create, and live.

Joy makes you magnetic.
It makes you resilient.
It makes your life yours.

So the question isn’t “Do you deserve joy?”
It’s: Are you willing to let yourself feel it?

Because it’s right here.
Waiting for you.
Calling you back home.

With heart,
Francesca
