Let Yourself Want What You Want

I spent a long time apologizing for my desires.

I toned them down.
I made them smaller.
I tried to convince myself that I was asking for too much.

Sound familiar?

If you’ve ever felt guilty for wanting more—more freedom, more joy, more success, more love—let me say something that might set you free:

You are allowed to want what you want.

In fact, your desires are not random.
They are your soul’s way of showing you what’s possible.

Desires Aren’t Demands—They’re Directions

We’ve been taught to be “realistic.”
To ask for just enough. To not rock the boat. To not make anyone uncomfortable with our dreams.

But what if your desires weren’t something to shrink or suppress?

What if they were sacred?
What if they were divine guidance?

What if the very thing you’re dreaming of…
is the next step on your soul’s path?

Desire Doesn’t Make You Greedy—It Makes You Honest

There’s a difference between craving from emptiness
and desiring from wholeness.

When you desire from your truth, it’s not about status or approval.
It’s about alignment. Expansion. Freedom.

Maybe you want to travel the world.
Maybe you want to start a business.
Maybe you want to fall wildly in love—with someone else or with yourself.

Let yourself want it.

Not because it proves anything—
but because it’s yours to have.

Letting Go of “Too Much”

You are not too much.
Your desires are not too big.
And anyone who told you otherwise was speaking from their own limitations.

One of the biggest transformations I see in my clients happens in Month 3 of my coaching program:
They give themselves permission to want what they’ve been too afraid to say out loud.

And once they do?

Doors open.
Ideas come.
Synchronicities show up.
Because the Universe responds to clarity—and courage.

Here’s Your Permission Slip

If no one ever told you this, let me be the first:

You are allowed to want a beautiful life.
You are allowed to have dreams that don’t make sense to anyone else.
You are allowed to follow what lights you up—even if it scares you.

Because on the other side of that fear?
Is everything you’ve been waiting for.

So go ahead.
Want boldly.
Want deeply.
Want unapologetically.

With all my heart,
Francesca
