Rewrite Your Story, Reclaim Your Power

We all carry stories.

Stories about who we are.
Stories about what we can or can’t do.
Stories that were handed to us by our parents, our culture, our past…
And stories we unconsciously repeat every single day.

But what if I told you this:

You are not your story.
You are the author.
And at any moment, you can pick up the pen and write a new one.

The Stories That Keep Us Stuck

Sometimes we don’t even realize how much our inner narrative is shaping our outer reality.

“I always mess things up.”
“I’m too much.”
“I’m not good with money.”
“Love isn’t for me.”
“It’s too late to change.”

Sound familiar?

These aren’t facts.
They’re beliefs that have been practiced over time.

But just because a story feels familiar doesn’t mean it’s true.
It just means it’s been repeated long enough to become a default.

And defaults can be rewritten.

I Rewrote Mine—and So Can You

There was a time when I believed my story had already been written for me.

That because I became a mother young… because I had gone through trauma… because I made mistakes…
That was it. That was who I was.

But the moment I questioned that narrative—
The moment I asked, “What if this is just the beginning?”
everything started to shift.

And that’s what I help my clients do inside my coaching program:
Break the loop.
Claim the pen.
Rewrite the next chapter.

A Simple Practice to Shift Your Story

Here’s one of my favorite tools from Week 3 of my course:

Old Story vs. New Story

  1. Write down the old story.
What’s a belief or identity you’ve been carrying that no longer serves you?

  2. Cross it out. Literally.
Put a line through it. Mark it as expired.

  3. Write the new story beneath it.
Not just who you were—but who you choose to become.

For example:
❌ “I’m not consistent.”
✅ “I show up for myself with love and intention.”

Do this daily for a week and feel the shift in your energy. Your identity. Your power.

You Don’t Need Permission to Begin Again

You don’t need to wait for a crisis, a milestone, or a New Year to become someone new.

You just need a moment of clarity.
A moment of choice.

This is yours.

Pick up the pen.
Get honest.
Write the version of you who is free, powerful, and wildly aligned.
