For years, I believed that healing meant fixing myself.
Fixing the anxious thoughts.
Fixing the people-pleasing.
Fixing the brokenness I was convinced I carried.
I looked at my past as a list of things I needed to overcome. I measured my worth by how “healed” I was and constantly wondered, “When will I finally be enough?”
But here’s what I’ve learned—through my own journey and in walking alongside thousands of others on theirs:
You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be free.
Free from the beliefs that tell you you’re too much or not enough.
Free from the labels that were never yours to begin with.
Free from the pressure to become someone else in order to feel worthy.
Healing is not about becoming a perfect version of yourself.
It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
The Lie of Brokenness
Somewhere along the way, we absorbed the idea that in order to live an extraordinary life, we have to constantly improve, upgrade, hustle, and fix everything about ourselves.
But that’s not healing. That’s self-abandonment wearing a shiny mask.
True healing doesn’t say, “You’re broken.”
It says, “You’ve always been whole—you just forgot.”
And when you remember that?
Everything shifts.
You stop chasing approval.
You stop shrinking your voice.
You start living from a place of truth.
The Shift That Set Me Free
The moment I stopped seeing myself as a project and started seeing myself as a person—a full, messy, beautiful human—I found peace.
I stopped micromanaging my emotions.
I stopped judging my wounds.
I began to listen to what they were trying to tell me.
Because your pain? It’s not a punishment.
It’s a portal.
A sacred doorway into your next chapter.
What Freedom Feels Like
Freedom is choosing yourself without guilt.
It’s living in alignment, not perfection.
It’s showing up, not to impress others—but to feel alive in your own skin.
This is the essence of what I teach in my life coaching program and what I speak about from stages around the world:
You are not here to be small. You are here to fly.
A Loving Invitation
If you feel like you’ve spent too long trying to fix yourself…
If you’re ready to come home to your truth…
If you know there’s something more meant for you, even if you can’t name it yet…
Then I invite you to join me.
Whether in my upcoming program, or at one of my talks, I’d be honored to guide you back to yourself.
Because when you remember who you are,
you don’t just heal—you soar.
